Founded in 2021, Solocomum – Gestão de Condominios is a company that provides services in the area of administration of condominiums, whose attitude turns to the customer, and to the total satisfaction of their needs. The company’s mission is to promote and provide access to different areas related to the normal operation of the condominium, integrating administrative, financial, legal and maintenance services, among others.

The Board of Directors will thus be responsible for all common matters, namely:

The Condominium’s representation before public entities 
The conclusion of various contracts  

Executing Payments
  -Receiving the quotas
  Annual General Meeting Scheduling
  Writing the minutes
  Weekly inspection of the building
  Management of the codominium’s bank account
  Organization of the whole administrative part

In general, we assume all the functions of an Administrator foreseen by law, as well as others that may be agreed upon between the Assembly of Condominium Owners and the Administration.
